Hello dear subscriber!

As we reach the end of the year, it gives us a chance to look back on how far we have come in just a few months.

Our biggest livestream was a conversation between Shadiversity, a man known for loving all things castles, and our Chair Nathan Hood. They debated the definition of castles, how to pronounce 'machicolation', what makes a great castle design and how best to preserve castles moving forward. The first Pendragon Magazine and Calendar have now sold out! We're so grateful to those who bought a copy. We're already beginning work on the second installation of the magazine which will overflow with articles on the history of castles and restoring these historic structures.

Most importantly, we've been building our team. We now have between 20-30 people working on Pendragon projects and we're recruiting experts in heritage restoration to our organisation. Together, we're mapping out the stages of the project and getting to grips with the lay of the land. It is exciting to see the building blocks move into place as we establish the foundations for reviving a castle in the future.
